Благодаря Yellowcube, нашему партнеру в Венгрии, которые выпустили первую версию утилиты для автоматического whitelisting’а. Приложение работает, анализируя данные, сгенерированные сообщением MPP, прослеживающим трафик, чтобы найти хорошие адреса отправителя и получателя. Однажды попавший в whitelist контакт больше не будет анализирован спам-фильтром. Это значительно уменьшит ошибочное распознавание важной электронной почты. Приложение работало в Yellowcube и у его клиентах около года и значительно уменьшило ошибочные пропуски.

We have updated MPP Manager:

1) Added some policy templates to simplify configuration of archive
journaling.
2) Fixed how large images are displayed in the message viewer for spam
quarantine and archive
3) Fixed issues in thresholds page so that each threshold can have it’s
own action.

We have a new version of mppd as well that will allow you to report more
information about RBL failures when custom rejection templates are used.

We have completed integration of the PST import module within MPP Manager and it is available in the latest package. With this new module we can import PST, Outlook Express, Entourage, Thunderbird and over 20 other email formats into the MPP email archive. After conversion we can intelligently import, de-dupe and process email into searchable web-based archives.

Remember that whenever importing email into MPP use the ‘Import via Journal Account’ feature. With this feature all imported email is processed by mppd before import.

We have added support for LDAP authentication in MPP Manager. In addition to pop3, imap and Active Directory MPP Manager can now authenticate and build alias lists from any LDAP directory for email archive and spam quarantine access.

We have updated the MPP VMWare Virtual appliance with a number enhancements.

1) Pre-created journal accounts to send Exchange journaled email to.
2) Updated MPP code
3) Added support to index DOC, DOCX, PDF
4) Added digital signatures for archived messages.
5) Includes MS Exchange 07 Journaling fixes
6) Updated all anti-spam engines.
7) Numerous email import enhancements

The MPP virtual appliance can serve as an SMTP gateway for can sit stand-alone to archive IMAP, PST, MS Exchange, Postfix or other email.

We have released a new version of MPP Manager that has many fixes for importing email to create searchable, optimized email archives. After a lot of testing we have concluded that the optimal method of importing PST files into MPP – That being conver to .eml files and import these via a journal account in MPP Manager. To this end we have introduced a number of additions based on this testing:

1) Import Filters – Define filters to only import or exclude certain folders when importing IMAP, directories or mbox.
2) Directory Import – MPP Manager will now import all .eml files in a directory and sub-directories.
3) Disable Duplication Checks – You can now disable duplication checks when importing
4) Large File Support – Support importing huge files via IMAP or .eml files. Also, exclude importing files that are above x size
5) Journal support eml files – We now add journal headers to eml files when importing

These changes make the ideal tool to centrally store PST files in searchable, optimized archives. MPP is the optimal tool to unify you disparate email sources onto one open email archival platform.
